Rutherford B Haze, Hazy NEIPA
6.0% ABV; 41 IBU
Named after a former Governor of Ohio and President of the United States, this hazy, juicy NEIPA is chock full of hops– seven different varities, in fact! The result is a creamy, balanced, and hoppy brew, sure to quench your summer thirst and strengthen your resolve!
Fat Father, Irish Red Ale
4.5% ABV; 25 IBU
One of our signature beers– this one has been requested over and over again. Clean and malty, with roasty caramel notes, this ale finishes dry with a slight peat flavor that let’s you know it’s from Ireland. Slainte!
Rockin’ Rauchbier
5.7% ABV; 20 IBU
Our award-winning smoked lager, made in the German Rauchbier tradition, is complex and rich– full of deep flavors and aromas. Beechwood-smoked malt makes this feel like bacon in a bottle. Not for the faint of spirit!
Four Paul’s Pils, German Style Pilsner
5.5% ABV; 30 IBU
Built on four generations of German beer drinkers, this sessionable brew is clean and crisp– malty, but balanced with noble hops. When you have a hankering for a pils, you won’t do much better than a fresh Four Pauls’!
The Best Banana Bread, Hefeweizen
4.6% ABV; 10 IBU
This lovely hefeweizen presents the notable banana and clove notes expected from a good hefe. However, the addition of cinnamon and nutmeg leaves us feeling like we are eating a slice of grandma’s banana nut bread! Good beer and nostangia to boot? Yes, please!
Summer Peach Tea, Wheat Ale
6.3% ABV; 16 IBU
Another fan favorite. This moderately alcoholic beer has the fragrance and sweetness of fresh peaches, perfectly balanced with a drying tea flavor, begging to be sipped again… and again, etc. A delightful summer brew!
Amber Waves of Grain, American Amber Ale
5.1% ABV; 20 IBU
A classic American Amber Ale, this wheat beer is sessionable and clean. Smooth malt characteristics give way to toasty, caramel notes, with a nice mouthfeel. Finishes cleanly and warmly. Tastes like… America.
Imalil T-Pot Shortan, Stout
4.5% ABV; 28 IBU
A very sessionable Irish Dry Stout, this is the one you want when you’re sitting around the table with your friends and someone starts singing “Fields of Athenry,” and before you know it, you’re singing every blessed Irish pub song you can think of. You’re welcome. Slainte!
Jazzberry Ram, Raspberry Wheat Ale
5% ABV; 10 IBU
The Jazzberry Ram hits you right in the tongue with a fresh raspberry accompanied by a soft wheat flavor, and the combination is amazing! Perfect for spring and summer, this is the kind of beer that can convert a non-beer drinker!
Smoke on the Lager, Smoked Amber Lager
5.3% ABV; 25 IBU
Another smoked lager, and better even than our original Rockin’ Rauchbier. This recipe has been refined to what might be one of the better examples of style in Ohio!
Rye-Clops, Rye IPA
5% ABV; 40 IBU
Just what it reports to be: a good west coast IPA, but the addition of rye brings a distinct flavor and aroma, and keeps the beer more toward the sessionable side. A stand-out IPA; flavorful and drinkable.
March Hair, Marzen
5.3% ABV; 25 IBU
Made as a traditional German Marzen (meaning March), it is brewed in the spring, and then lagers, or rests, in the cellar throughout the summer months. This one comes in well for fall– just in time for Oktoberfest! Prost!
The Real Slim Hazy, Session NEIPA
4% ABV; 45 IBU
Light and crushable, this session NEIPA is a great introduction to IPAs. Light in malt, yet not thin; soft on hops, but not missing aroma or flavor. Great for long summer days!
Salted Caramel Truffle, Chocolate Milk Stout
6.0% ABV; 30 IBU
Tastes just like it sounds! Rich, salted caramel, chocolate malt , and a creamy addition of lactose; balanced against East Kent Goldings hops, makes certain this one-of-a-kind stout will be among our autumn taps!
Helles Smoke, Rauch Helles
6.3% ABV; 20 IBU
This well-balanced and very sessionable Helles lager is made from beechwood-smoked malt, creating a clean brew with an inescapable smoky flavor. It’s the perfect brew to share with friends around a campfire!
Good for the Goose, Lemon Shandy
5.1% ABV; 16 IBU
Light and refreshing, this crushable summer brew is a delicious wheat ale that finishes with the perfect lemonade flavor. A great beer for the boat or while pushing the mower– and even better with friends!
Burnt Bean Blonde, Coffee Blonde Ale

At first, it’s hard to believe that so much rich coffee flavor can come from a light golden ale, but the proof is in the tasting! Perfect with breakfast, but enjoyable any time, this one isn’t to be missed!
Ol MacDonald Hada, Farmhouse Ginger Saison
6.1% ABV; 22 IBU
This brew has highly complex aromas of hay, grass, and flowers complimented perfectly with ginger. The first sip makes you ask, “What’s going on here?” The second sip makes you say, “Tell me more!”
Wallace and Davis, Piney IPA
6.8% ABV; 35 IBU
Remeniscent of the pine trees of Vermont and all that… snow, snow, snow! This American Piney IPA is full-bodied and strong, but well-balanced with Chinook, Simcoe, and Columbus hop notes. Great for a cold winter day!
Kolsch of Schultz
6.0 ABV; 15 IBU
Strong and full-bodied, this kolsch is on the sweet side– malty and rich characteristics make it an easy drinking brew. After lagering for the summer months, by mid September, it is ready to be enjoyed like gold in a glass!
Hole in the Wall, Hop Ale
5.3% ABV; 25 IBU
Not quite an IPA, this hop ale is sessionable and very well-balanced between sweet malt and bitter hops. A great brew for introducing someone to slightly hoppier beers. Easy drinking and delicious!
Red, White, and Blueberry, Cream Ale
5.4% ABV; 10 IBU
Perfect for any Independance Day cookout, this cream ale is a great beer for summer sessions. Not oversweet, but balanced with notes of blueberry and bread. Beware! This one goes down easy– so take it that way… easy!

Jamestown Java, Cinnamon Coffee Stout

Our Brew Master based this brew on his parent’s morning coffee, which includes a touch of hazelnut and cinnamon, and the result is delish! Fans couldn’t get enough. Be looking for this one in the long winter months!
Spiced Sasquash, Squash Ale

With autumn comes pumpkin spiced… everything! Instead of pumpkin, this brown ale contains roasted butternut squash, bringing a familiar, yet distinct flavor to the beer. Spicy and sweet, this brew tastes like a squash pie!
Forbidden Fuit, Spiced Honeycrisp Cider

Made from unfiltered honeycrisp apple cider, this cloudy hard cider is dry and tannic. Liberally spiced with cinnamon, clove, and nutmeg, this one is a crowd pleaser in the fall!
